Equipment orders require a deposit, per the quote provided, with purchase order to secure production queue position.

Standard (non-special order) spare parts may be returned in original condition, shipped pre-paid, with all original product documentation and/or packaging for full credit minus a 20% restocking charge. Customer must first contact Atlas Vac for RMA #. Returns must be made within two (2) weeks of receipt. Electrical controls, PLC and other related electronic components are non-returnable.

Special order, custom made parts or non-standard parts for obsolete units are non-returnable.

Once the returned item is received and accepted in good condition at Atlas Vac, credit will be issued by check or to original credit card at discretion of Atlas Vac Machine, LLC.
